Premium Lead Network is a lead generation service only. We do not provide HVAC, pest control, flooring, garage door, solar, roofing, electrical, window, auto insurance, or any other services listed or referenced on the Site. We connect consumers with independent third-party service providers and licensed insurance agents in their area. We are not an agent, broker, employer, partner, or affiliate of any provider, and we do not endorse or guarantee the services, pricing, or qualifications of any provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site or submit a quote request.

3. Quote Requests & Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through the Site, you authorize Premium Lead Network and up to four matched third-party providers to contact you via phone, SMS, and email — including through autodialed or pre-recorded calls — at the contact details you provide. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We are not responsible for the consequences of incorrect information.

5. No Endorsement; No Guarantees

We do not warrant the quality, safety, pricing, licensing, or suitability of any third-party provider. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider. You are responsible for independently verifying any provider’s licensing, insurance, and credentials before hiring.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Premium Lead Network and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Using the Site to send spam or unauthorized advertising.
Attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
Scraping, copying, or reverse engineering any part of the Site.
